The title deed report for foreign sales to be needed within the scope of Antalya Province and Districts is prepared by examining the existing data (architectural project, zoning status, license, occupancy, etc.) of the immovables (residence, shop, workplace, shop, land, factory, hotel, pension, field, greenhouse, farm, etc.) in the official institutions, taking into account the legal usage rights, regional and environmental examinations to be made on the site of the immovable and the rights and benefits of the immovable to be valued in line with the technical examinations of the immovable, together with the valuation (appraisal) report.

Objective and impartial valuation (appraisal) reports are prepared quickly and efficiently in accordance with the circular titled “Preparation of Valuation Report in Real Estate Acquisition by Foreigners” by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, Department of Foreign Affairs.
