By examining the existing data (architectural project, zoning status, license, occupancy, etc.) of the immovables in the official institutions and taking into account the legal usage rights, a valuation (appraisal) report is prepared together with the rights and benefits of the immovable to be valued in line with the regional and immovable examinations to be carried out at the location of the immovable.
