By examining the existing data (architectural project, zoning status, license, occupancy, etc.) of the immovables (residence, apartment, dwelling, shop, workplace, shop, factory, hotel, pension, field, greenhouse, farm, etc.) to be needed within the scope of Antalya Province and Districts in the official institutions and taking into account the legal usage rights, a valuation (appraisal) report is prepared together with the rights and benefits of the immovable to be valued in line with the regional and immovable examinations to be made at the location of the immovable. The party requesting the valuation (appraisal) report can have information about all legal usage rights, restrictions and the optimal legal and current rental value of the immovable that will affect the decision to rent or lease with the valuation (appraisal) report obtained.
